– Should have overall understanding of utility Industry and Market dynamics

2. Deregulated Markets

– The knowledge of utility Business processes and Integration between different areas.

Skills

-Demonstrate an overall understanding of FI-CA functionality

 -Detailed configuration experience in many of the following FI-CA components:

1. Dunning b. Payments (including Cash Desk and Returns)
2. Account Determination d. Settlement/Clearing Rules
3. Collection Agencies f. Write-Offs / Value Adjustments
4. Refunds h. Security Deposits i. Installment Plans
5. BRF+ Dunning will be an added advantage k. Life Cycle of an Open items
6. Payment Plan Knowledge m. Tax n. knowledge of Batch jobs
7. Knowledge of Interface to Payment Gateways

-Understanding of other areas of CCS including Billing, Device Management (DM) and Customer Service (CRM).

-Experience with all phases of an implementation including business process blueprint, detailed design, configuration, testing, and support

– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Communication

– Possess good written and Oral communication

– Should have worked on Offshore – Onsite model
