Project:

Our client Is in the process of rolling out SAP (ECC) to their US Plants. The go-lives will happen in 2 waves with the first go live happening June 19th and then August 7th . our client needs to build out a team to provide hyper care support to the plants/mfg sites to help minimize any disruptions to the mfg. operations. Most of these sits run 24/7, seven days a week and will need around the clock support during hyper care. This team will be the front line supports – working on the shop floors, providing over the shoulder support to triage all issues and work on issue resolution. They will need to escalate issues back to the implementation team 

Need: Hypercare SME to provide on the job, over the shoulder support. resource will work with users on the shopfloor to triage issues and escalate issues when needed
