Location: San Francisco OR San Rafael, CA (candidate choice)

Contract Length: 6 months to start

End Client: Autodesk

Client requirement: candidates are requested to provide their LinkedIn ID or profile photo on request.

Key skills: C#, C++, Python, Windows OS. Linux and Mac OS experience will be a huge plus.

Responsibilities

• Quickly respond to support requests, troubleshoot issues, and provide advice on resolution to the Product Teams community
• Review and update troubleshooting guides, how-to articles, integration guides, etc. for the developer portal
• Build developer tools, automation, and test data
• Actively monitor developer forums, slack channels, email distribution lists and respond to developer queries
• Work closely with engineers, product owners, product managers to understand how the platform works and translate into support material for the developer community

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as SWD engineer
• Experience writing software using C#/C++ for installation, build, packaging in a windows environment
• Development experience in Linux and Mac OS is highly desired
• Automation & tools development using Python scripting is highly desired
• Familiarity with UI automation using tools like Selenium or QTP
• Enjoys working collaboratively in a small team with high trust
• Can-do attitude, humility, and open-mindedness
